IELTS Reading Sample (General) #6

Reading Tip

In the IELTS exam, there is advice given about spending 20 minutes on each section (as written in the Practice tests). However, Passage 3 is more difficult than the other two, so you may want to save time in the first two passages to add to the last one. Also, checking time is extremely important. A better way to divide your time is:

Passage 1:
15 minutes
Passage 2:
16 minutes
Passage 3:
25 minutes
Transferring and Checking:
04 minutes
Total:
60 minutes
